
Apprentices will work alongside senior managers to manage the costs and risks associated with the project throughout construction. The candidate will be expected to monitor and report costs and project progress and understand the legal and contractual implications involved with a project. The apprentice will gain insight into the industry to start their career with confidence and with an understanding of personal and professional development, will always be motivated to take it to the next level.

Course Duration - 18 months
Course Cost - £9,000 Funded by the apprentice levy
The ESFA apprenticeship funding requires candidates to allocate
a minimum of 20% of their contractual working hours to the programme over each 12-18 month programme period including learning related activities in the workplace. Delivered as below:

The ESFA apprenticeship funding requires candidates to Candidates should be assigned a workplace mentor provided by the employer to support and regularly debrief throughout the course. Candidates will also be required to create a comprehensive e-portfolio of evidence which will be signed each month by their mentor and Skills4Stem Assessor.
The end-point assessment is separate to any qualifications or other assessment that the apprentice may undertake during training. The apprentice will not be able to achieve the apprenticeship without passing the end-point assessment.
End point assessments give assurance that the apprentice possesses the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be fully competent in the occupation.
End point assessments are undertaken by an independent third party who has had not been involved in the training or line management of the apprentice, and who is on the Register of Apprenticeship Assessment Organisations.
Even if you are not a levy employer, you will only have to pay 5% of the cost and the government will pay the rest.
